The Bride

Holly Marie Bidney

Holly is the youngest of three daughters of Dennis and Karen Bidney. Her two older sisters are Amy and Sarah. She is 25 and works at Pioneer Hi-Bred in Johnston, IA as a Research Associate analyzing gene expression in corn through protein analysis. She received her BA in Psychology from Graceland University in 2003 (but landed her great full-time job through 9 years part-time experience with Pioneer).

Holly has played violin since she was 5 and piano since she was 8. She participates in the Des Moines Community Orchestra which performs four concerts a year. She also enjoys movies (and WILL beat you at the game SceneIt), skiing (wth Chris), spending time with family and friends, sailing with her dad, and is an avid reader and cat-lover. She’s excited to become a part of Chris’ giant and loving family and making all of the decoration decisions in their new home!
