Directions

1. From Interstate 35 take the CR-614 exit 65 to Cumming/Norwalk. Cumming/Norwalk is located approximately 9 miles South of Des Moines
2. Proceed East on CR-614 for approximately 1 mile to a stop sign at 1st Street
3. Turn Left onto 1st Street. The Chapel is the 3rd building on the right
